Prints
What print sizes are available?
We recommend purchasing a print that matches the size of your frame. For example, if you have an 8 × 10 frame, please select an 8 × 10 print.
Our prints are available in both imperial (inches) and metric (centimeters) formats:
Inches / Imperial System:
- 8 × 10 inches (20.3 × 25.4 cm)
- 11 × 14 inches (27.9 × 35.5 cm)
- 12 × 16 inches (30.5 × 40.6 cm)
- 16 × 20 inches (40.6 × 50.8 cm)
- 18 × 24 inches (45.7 × 61 cm)
- 24 × 30 inches (61 × 76.2 cm)
Centimeters / Metric System:
- A4 (21 × 29.7 cm / 8.2 × 11.7 inches)
- A3 (29.7 × 42 cm / 11.7 × 16.5 inches)
- 40 × 50 cm (15.7 × 19.7 inches)
- 50 × 70 cm (19.7 × 27.5 inches)
Please note: Not all sizes are available for every print.
Are your prints giclée prints?
Yes. All of our prints are produced using the giclée printing method. This high-quality process uses archival pigment inks on premium paper to achieve rich, accurate colors with excellent longevity and fade resistance.
Do you offer discounts for multiple purchases?
Yes, we offer 15% off when you purchase two prints: Code LUCILESKITCHEN15 and 20% off when you purchase three or more prints: Code LUCILESKITCHEN20
Do you offer digital downloads?
At this time, we do not offer digital files or downloadable prints.
Shipping
How long does processing take?
All orders are carefully prepared and processed within 1–4 business days, excluding weekends and public holidays.
How can I track my order?
Once your order has shipped, you will receive an email with tracking information. Please allow up to 48 hours for tracking updates to become available.
Which carriers do you use and how long does delivery take?
United States:
Orders are shipped from the U.S. via USPS or Amazon Shipping. Delivery times vary depending on location and shipping method. Once your package has been handed over to the carrier, we are unable to control transit times or delays caused by weather or logistics.
Other destinations:
- Smaller prints are shipped from Paris, France via La Poste
- Larger prints are shipped from Riga, Latvia via FedEx or UPS
Delivery times vary depending on destination and carrier. Once your order is in transit, we are not responsible for delays caused by shipping providers.
Will my order arrive in multiple packages?
Possibly. Some prints are shipped directly from Lucile’s studio, while others are fulfilled by our trusted production partners. If your order includes prints from both sources, they may arrive separately with individual tracking numbers.
What if my order arrives damaged?
We take great care in packaging to ensure your prints arrive safely.
Please inspect your order upon delivery. If your item arrives damaged, contact us as soon as possible. To arrange a replacement, kindly provide the following within three days of delivery:
- A photo of the full packaging showing your name and address
- Three photos of the print from different angles
- A close-up image of the damaged area
We appreciate your cooperation and will do our best to resolve the issue promptly.
What is your return and exchange policy?
We do not offer exchanges, but we do accept returns. Please contact us within 14 days of delivery to initiate a return.
Items must be unused, in their original condition, and securely packaged. Once your return has been received and inspected, a refund will be issued to your original payment method.
What if I entered an incorrect shipping address?
Please ensure that your shipping details are correct at checkout. If a package is returned due to an incorrect or incomplete address, the customer will be responsible for the cost of reshipping.
We are unable to refund or replace orders lost due to address errors.
Can I cancel my order?
Orders may be cancelled within one hour of purchase.
After this time, your order is sent to production and can no longer be cancelled. We appreciate your understanding.
