Returns :
We gladly accept returns.
According to the EU laws you may change your mind up to 14 days after purchase.
Please contact us within 14 days of delivery and ship the artwork back within 14 days of delivery.
We can't accept returns on custom artwork.
Conditions of return :
Buyers are responsible for return shipping costs. If the artwork is not returned in its original condition, the buyer is responsible for any loss in value.
If the print is not returned in its original cello sleeve, sealed with its label and staple and/or the print is not returned in pristine condition, 50% of its value only will be refunded.
Exchanges and cancellations :
We don't accept exchanges or cancellations but please contact us if you have any problem with your order, we will be happy to help !
Copyright infringement :
We do NOT sell through Amazon if any shop there is claiming to have LucilesKitchen's prints.
Only high quality prints are sold here and on Etsy.
